1 Definitions and Applicability

At the time of registration, the user declares that they are 21 years of age or older. If it is subsequently proven that a user did not meet this age requirement, all transactions on that account will be considered void and the full balance may not be refundable.

Additionally, the user must be a legal resident of Bangladesh and must not be subject to any restriction that prohibits participation in online gaming activities.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. That means the bonus must be wagered 15 times before it can be withdrawn.

5.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• Each bonus has its own validity period — if the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• A bonus is applicable only to the account of the user to whom it was issued and is non-transferable.
• Any attempt to claim bonus benefits through multiple accounts will result in all those accounts being closed.

5.3 VIP Cashback

Members of the 3999bet VIP programme are eligible to receive weekly cashback. This cashback is calculated based on the net loss for the week (total losses minus total winnings). There are five tiers: Bronze (up to 0.3%), Silver (up to 0.6%), Gold (up to 0.9%), Platinum (up to 1.2%), and Diamond (up to 1.5%). Cashback is paid once per week and can be withdrawn without any wagering requirement.

6 Betting and Game Rules

6.1 General Betting Terms

All bets placed on 3999bet are considered final and cannot be changed once confirmed. Users should carefully verify the bet amount, selection, and terms before confirming.

6.2 Bet Cancellation Situations

A bet may be considered void and the stake returned in the following situations:

• An event is not completed or is suspended indefinitely.
• Incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error.
• No official result is announced or the result is disputed.

6.3 Sports Betting

Odds for cricket, football, and other sports betting are variable and depend on market conditions. Any change in odds after a bet is confirmed will not apply to that bet.

7 User Conduct

Users must refrain from the following activities on the 3999bet platform:

• Attempting unauthorised access to the platform's security systems.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• For security-related reasons.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

If a user wishes to close their account themselves, they may do so by contacting the support centre with a request. In this case, any eligible balance will be withdrawable, but any bonus balance will be cancelled.

11 Changes to Terms and Termination

11.1 Service Termination
